After 15 years in the business, Farm Toys Online is the leading online retailer in the UK in their market. The owner, Julia, approached us in 2018 to get their ad sales really cooking.
We sat down with their team to review their strategy, and then developed a new plan to leverage the improvements in automation in Google Ads as well as looking at their paid media as whole. Elliot kicked off with a brand new Smart Shopping campaign after improving the product feed, which allowed us to drive sales on a limited budget with an impressive return on ad spend.
We also created their paid social media campaigns to run in parallel with our paid search activity, making the most from remarketing and increasing conversion rates as well as prospecting for new customers.

Farm Toys Online has seen a significant increase in its online sales, their revenue has increased over 100%, hitting £1m from paid media in the past two years. Over these past two years, their clicks have increased by over 120%, while their cost per click has fallen by 25%. Then with the onset of the pandemic and an increase in online shopping activity, we have been able to exponentially increase revenue thanks to such a solid base of performance in 2019.
