Andy heads up the production team within Lab, meaning he manages the studio and creative team, the project managers, and the development team across Lab's offices around the world. With many years' experience as a head of production, Andy has worked with clients such as Microsoft, UEFA, Fox Soccer and Betfair. He specialises in leading development teams through the whole project delivery cycle, from planning and specification stages through build to launch and support, and is highly experienced in managing teams and clients across multiple territories, languages and time zones - all to ensure delivery for clients.
