About

Phill has over 25 years of experience that spans Strategy, Positioning, Naming, Branding, Print, Out Of Home and digital advertising. For many years he worked for the global network agencies Bates and Ogilvy & Mather before setting up his own agency Cuba, a multi-award winning agency that he ran for over ten years.

During his career he has worked on and been Creative Director on brands such as BT, American Express, Halifax, Ballantine’s Whisky, Hyundai and Royal Mail, The history Channel, The Biography Channel and ANA (All Nippon Airways), Rolls-Royce and Gourmet Burger Kitchen.

Following his work for Save The Children, Phill was appointed to an advisory board for the charity. He also has one campaign for The History Channel on permanent exhibition at the Victoria & Albert Museum.
