Helen has been our lead project manager for over three years now, and has been managing marketing projects (digital and otherwise) all her working life. Prior to joining ID Helen enjoyed a two-year stint as Digital Project Manager at Virgin Active. Working for a big corporate company has given Helen a true understanding of the pressures of life “client side”. 

This experience, coupled with Helen’s swan-like calm, not only helps her to empathise with our clients’ pains and pressures, it also means she’s able to ease them, no matter what’s going on “beneath the water”.

Helen is responsible for overseeing the output of all of our digital projects, ensuring they are finished on time, on budget and to brief. 

Her organisation, eye for detail and passion for user experience mean our projects run smoothly from start to finish, to awarding-winning standards.
