With a degree in Business Studies, Richard joined Purchasepoint working on Ford Credit, BT Cellnet and PepsiCo. After broadening his experience at Carlson Marketing Group and Team LGM, Richard moved to Dynamo (now Wax) where he remained for 6 years, rising to Client Services Director and managing key clients such as Danone, UB, Sainsbury’s and Heinz.Another founding member of INITIALS, Richard is an expert in ROI modeling and is passionate about demonstrating the effectiveness of the work we do. Richard is also spearheading our international work for PepsiCo.

Richard is the focal point for everyone internally. His leadership skills combine with a ready wit which ensures the agency atmosphere is always lively! Since his promotion to MD, Richard has introduced new systems and processes which ensure that the business lives up to its proposition of Smarter, Faster, Better Value.
