Jamie left university with a degree and CIM Diploma in Marketing before jumping straight into agency life at Triangle, where he spent 6 years. His experience covered a full range of clients and disciplines, including Lloyds TSB credit card marketing, Safeway – retail and loyalty marketing, Whitbread Inns – on and off trade, and Barclays Bank – developing a pilot loyalty scheme across their product range.Jamie then joined Billington Cartmell where he spent 18 months heading up the Kraft and Unilever accounts.In 2000 Jamie joined Arc to head up Procter & Gamble and MasterCard for the UK. In recognition of his contribution to the agency, Jamie was promoted to the Board in February 2002, and in December 2004 to Regional Director for EMEA with specific responsibility for Procter & Gamble and Shopper Marketing.Jamie founded INITIALS with Richard  in spring 2006 and is the external face of the agency.His skill as a manager of people, together with his marketing expertise, defines the INITIALS personality.
