Having trained as a journalist, Jo-ann has written for dozens of magazines, websites and books, and combines editorial instinct with 10 years’ experience in digital marketing; shaping communications strategies and managing content and social media projects for a host of household retail and financial clients. Jo-ann manages a team of Content Strategists, Editors, Copywriters, Social Media and Influencer Marketing specialists, who work alongside clients’ in-house and external digital, PR and creative agencies to craft insight-based strategies, plan integrated campaigns and produce standout creative.  In partnership with iCrossing’s search and data experts, Jo-ann draws on intent and engagement insights to lead our focus on creating visible content that counts.
