Amica Finance is an experienced commercial brokerage based in the Midlands. They specialise in providing finance that saves you time, money, and worry. As ‘business enablers’, they are a highly experienced and forward thinking commercial brokerage firm based in the Midlands who specialise in providing tailored funding solutions to support businesses with a variety of products suitable for any funding scenario, including asset finance, supplier finance, tax funding and business loans.

Project
With that said they needed a full brand refresh, tech stack that created a seamless UX and tools to streamline internal processes. To update and modernise their entire operation and present them not only as a professional funding source and experts in their field with appeal for SMEs and corporates, but as the go-to first choice for businesses seeking finance.

The aim was to comprehensively showcase Amica and help them punch above their weight, making it clear that they work with suppliers and direct customers, providing an unrivalled specialist financial service from introduction until the deal completes its term.

Result
We evolved the Amica brand. Then built a brand new website, a brilliant online marketing platform that allows the company to provide their customers with a fully rounded service.

We included a bespoke application form to drive and manage leads. We incorporated an API integration directly into Companies House to pull company information, including directors details, to make filling in the application form as simple as possible. We also created the ability for this application form to be co-branded with Amica’s partners.

Their new website also featured a finance calculator. It also had a ‘For Sale’ area where clients’ products could be listed whilst fully integrating into the application form.

We also recommend HubSpot to Amica and guided them through the process from spec through to onboarding and implementation. As a result, Amica UK have seen a huge increase in conversion rates and now see HubSpot as completely integral to the efficient running of the business.
