Hi, I’m Emma Thompson, I’ve been with Golley Slater's Consumer Brands division for over 11 years, a proud independent integrated agency. We work with world-leading brands innovating, activating and delivering amazing industry-leading work.

In consumer brands, we have been privileged to partner with the likes of Coca-Cola & P&G for over a decade.

We are experts at Shopper Marketing…(not just retail cardboard)! We’re at the vanguard of applying creatively to the latest technologies and emerging platforms to drive customer choice and shopper’s purchasing intent. Seamlessly we integrate activations in the physical world, digital world and virtual.

We listen. Our brand’s problems are our objectives. And we deliver sales overnight and brands over time all made possible in our unwavering belief that Curiosity Creates the Unexpected.

Awards, yeah we’ve got a few, the one we are most proud of winning is The Drum Recommended Award, Grand Prix 2021, because it was judged by our clients, not a panel full of agency folk!

The team I oversee is simply amazing. Together we are more than just an agency. We are curious creative thinkers. Innovators. Down-to-earth pragmatic doers. We run marathons together, raise kids, survive cancer, play netball, and climb mountains. We gave Tesco its first TV ad. We made history for Coca-Cola. Delivered P&G a proud moment with Bill Clinton. We are more than just a shopper agency in Leeds.

What Drives You?

The people I care about and their future. I believe in the mantra 'The freedom to pursue betterness' and always believe in progression, not settling for the same as yesterday. I encourage it with the people I work with and my children and I demonstrate this daily in my actions. To all, I love to coach and help them realise their best personal and professional self.
