Their services dealt with the strategic (what themes do we want to leave our audience with, what do we want them to know, what do we want them to do) to the mundane but necessary (the kinds of food and refreshments, how much, how often, etc). They also were economical in terms of our movement from space to space. They thought ahead about tradeshow floor, breakout rooms, and reception space - - and designed portable fixtures that in some cases could be used from space to space so we could keep our costs contained and maximize our investment."
