With over 26 years of accounting experience under her belt Marie runs a tight ship of our finances to make sure The Essential Agency stays in budget and closely monitors our P&L to ensure we are staying on track and meet our yearly targets.  

She works closely with Sam Rudland, our MD, on financial strategy and forward planning to help keep our business profitable and growing year-on-year.
