Matt started Creative Pod in 2006 and has since developed his business portfolio up to The Creative Group, comprised of Creative Pod - a full-service marketing agency, ECHO - a sponsorship brokerage, The PrintShop - a full-service printing agency, and SquareOne - a market entry specialist. This year this expanded even further with the acquisition of an office fit-out firm, Spacelink Commercial Interiors and an SEO agency, 427 Marketing.

Whilst being a serial entrepreneur, Matt is extremely passionate about philanthropy and is a loyal patron and supporter of Chestnut Tree House, as well as the founder of Young Start-Up Talent, a competition, which aims to help 16-25-year-old entrepreneurs make their dreams a reality. Since its inception in 2010, Young Start-up Talent has generated over 300 start-ups today from working with hundreds of schools across the South East.

With the CEO in only his mid-thirties, the success Matt Turner has achieved is second to none. With no college or university degree, Matt has built up a company from the ground up based on his own merits, creative ideas, extensive network and first-hand experiences. The agency itself (Creative Pod) has gone on to achieve numerous accolades in the community space, including; Responsible Business of the Year (Sussex Business Awards), Outstanding Long-Term Support (Chestnut Tree House Business Awards) and the British Chamber of Commerce’s Business in the Community.
