Infinity Sports Travel

Time frame: Past

Ahead of Rugby World Cup 2023, Infinity Sports Travel required a new website to host their booking platform for customers and agents to view and book their once-in-a-lifetime holidays. ?Once the website was live, they also required our services to implement their launch campaign due to the small nature of their team, which consisted of multiple paid adverts, press releases and reporting.

The Coral Centre came on as a Creative Pod marketing client in 2021 for support with day to day social media activity, as well as campaign work to increase online sales from their website. They continue to be a longstanding marketing and design client with a fixed monthly retainer.

PYO Energy

Time frame: Present

?PYO was set up by a group of business owners and directors, with a leading contractor in the field, with a simple, clear objective - to get businesses a better deal on their utility contracts. They want to become a central resource for businesses on all their facilities, utilities, telecoms, and POS systems. Our brief was to overhaul the existing brand, and give it a new lease of life, introducing a new logo, look, and feel. They wanted their new brand to be bold, brash, and fun to attract new customers. We are currently working on a brand new website for PYO and look forward to sharing the results soon.

Raystede - Centre for Animal Welfare

Time frame: Present

In October 2022, we began working with Raystede Centre for Animal Welfare. The charity is self-funded, meaning they must raise all the money needed to support and care for the 400+ animals in their care. To continue providing the best care, their goals were to increase their audience reach, spread awareness of their charity and, most importantly, increase their donations. After much thought on effective ways to raise awareness and boost donations, we proposed establishing a partnership between Raystede and Bagelman. We previously worked with Bagelman on the rebrand and launch of their St. James' Street store, and from working closely with Jo, the Founder, we realised she already had a close connection to Raystede. Jo had followed and supported the charity for many years and intended to adopt her next dog from the sanctuary, so the connection felt right! ?In this proposed partnership, Bagelman stores would feature the sale of dog treats, and 100% of the profits generated would be directed towards supporting Raystede Centre for Animal Welfare in their mission to care for animals. Once the collaboration was finalised, the next step involved identifying the ideal supplier for the dog biscuits.

Russell Martin Foundation

Time frame: Present

The Russell Martin Foundation is a non- profit organisation based in Brighton & Hove. They work hard to positively impact the lives of children and young people, through Football, Health and Education. After being referred by a mutual contact at Abcom IT solutions, we started working with the Russell Martin Foundation (RMF) on a brand-new website. RMF had outgrown their previous WordPress website and were having issues with the security of their existing site. They had found WordPress difficult to update and needed a better content management system that they could easily access the back end of and make amends themselves. From the initial briefing with RMF, it was clear that they were spending too much of their time fielding calls from parents, who were finding it difficult to find the information they needed from the site and to book their child onto a course often resulted in several phone calls or emails before booking.

Beyond Impact

Time frame: Present

Beyond Impact, established in 2017, aims to foster investments in vegan and cruelty-free products and services to reduce humanity's reliance on animal slaughter. We created a White Paper titled "Rise of UK Plant-Based Market" for Beyond Impact to facilitate awareness and engagement. This case study explores our approach to developing the White Paper and implementing a data-driven marketing strategy using HubSpot's CRM platform. The primary objective of the White Paper was to provide valuable insights into the growth of the UK plant-based market. By showcasing market trends, consumer preferences, and business opportunities, we aimed to educate and engage potential investors. We created a landing page on Beyond Impact's CRM platform, HubSpot, to generate leads and capture valuable data. The landing page required visitors to provide their details to download the White Paper, enabling us to collect information for retargeting purposes. We then marketed this across email marketing and organic social media.

Camp Beaumont London Day Camps

Time frame: Present

Camp Beaumont is a well established holiday camp for children between the ages of 4-16 in the London area. They have been running for over 40 years. They started working with Creative Pod in November 2020 to create a new website, and we have since taken on their PPC marketing activity. Camp Beaumont's previous website was very confusing and difficult to navigate for parents trying to book their children into the camps. Consequently, they were having to spend unnecessary time and money taking a large volume of phone calls from parents who found it easier to call them and book. One of the reasons for the difficulty was that the website had been set up with very basic functions and content, and was repeatedly added to as more time went by, so the customer journey hadn't been properly considered. The website was also on a poor content management system which made it hard to update. The purpose, therefore, was to streamline the website and makes it more accessible for customers to explore and use the booking system.

They started working with Creative Pod in September 2019 for a rebrand of their different sectors, and alongside this our design team designed and built two brand new websites. We also became their fully outsourced marketing and design team, which includes monthly social media posting across their three platforms for both companies, as well as PR creation and outreach, paid advertising, campaign planning, and design work. QCG wanted to completely rebrand the company, they felt it was a good time to give the brand a refresh and bring their bespoke products and services under one umbrella of the Group. Furthermore, they were looking for clear guidelines and rules that current and future members of the business could follow regarding the tone of voice and presentation of the company to ensure a streamlined and cohesive image.

Time frame: Present

Brighton Christmas Festival was the first project of its kind in the area and had a speedy turnaround time, so we quickly came together and created eight ad campaigns in total for the festival across their different channels. Our objectives were to help increase brand awareness, drive footfall and generate ticket sales for the following individual events using pay per click digital marketing methods. There were also big gaps between weekday shows and weekend shows that we needed to help with.
