Emma brings 20 years’ agency and client-side experience and a genuine passion for creative and strategic thinking and implementation. Emma and the Planning department generally ask a LOT of questions and are responsible for ensuring every project that goes through the agency is rooted in a clear understanding of human behaviour and how it relates to decision making and brand choice.
