Cogent set for Festival Place website redesign

20th September 2016

Creative communications agency Cogent has been appointed by Jones Lang LaSalle’s Festival Place in Basingstoke to revamp its online presence, including its website, CRM activity and touch screen interactivity across the centre.

Working to bring in greater footfall from a wider geographical area, while increasing average dwell time and repeat visitors on the site, the redesign showcases all the exciting shops and restaurants it has to offer, as well as the large cinema and Discovery Centre.

Dan Burman, Director at Cogent, says “We’re delighted to be working with Festival Place on this project. Building on years of expertise working with retail brands, we are excited to be putting the digital experience at the heart of the customer’s engagement with the Festival Place brand.”

Sarah Murphy, Marketing Manager at Festival Place, says “We needed to find a partner that could help us balance technology, creativity and most importantly our customers’ needs. We’re excited to be working with the Cogent team to make the Festival Place’s digital experience engaging for our customers and community.”
