Having worked previously in the public sector, Mark joined Click in 2014, wanting to experience the fast lane of the private sector. He believes that communication and organisation are key to effective account management and excellent client experience & success. Mark is responsible for the performance of the Organic Search proposition which Click offers which includes an overview of client objectives, strategy and performance. He provides support to the Account Management and Business Development teams, and also manages the technical and strategy teams to find solutions to performance issues and strategies.
