ecco

ecco is a Danish footwear brand specialising in casual footwear for men, ladies and children. The 775million GBP turnover retailer, tasked BWP Group to deliver a compelling marketing campaign to drive increased footfall to 20 stores within the UK and drive shopper awareness of surplus stock and accessories. BWP delivered compelling new creative, presenting aspirational and alluring images of ecco's offering. Redefined in-store communications to increase dwell time and ensure consumers shopped the entire proposition. Incepted key areas of interest to promote the surplus and accessory discount message. Designed and implemented new store refits to ensure consistent look, feel and layout at all full-price retail and discount outlet propositions. The Boulevard BWP used its extensive retail experience to deliver a new vision for The Outlet to position it as 'the' outlet shopping destination in Northern Ireland. Working alongside the management team, BWP supported the leasing campaign and helped to attract a number of world class brands to the site, with premium collateral and a compelling narrative to enliven the site. A fully integrated marketing campaign, including a TV ad to drive footfall over Christmas, has produced some fantastic results over the last six months - the results speak for themselves. Footfall +22% Sales +10.5% Sales density +6.1% The Junction Following Junction One's recent acquisition by Tristan Capital, BWP has undertaken an extensive rebranding exercise to carve a clear proposition for the scheme, working alongside the management team to deliver a new vision for this leading Northern Irish shopping destination. Insights based on robust research led us to reposition the predominately outlet offer to encompass a wider, value-led shopping and leisure mix. A new brand identity and set of values will attract a new audience and support an extensive planning application for the 599,000 sq ft development. Alongside strategic marketing consultancy, a fully integrated marketing campaign and B2B leasing campaign, BWP will ensure Junction One delivers on its ambition to become a great day out on a grand scale.

BWP Group was chosen to help investment company London and Aberdeen, launch its new project to regenerate Maidenhead town centre. iON

The founder and CEO of iON possessed more than 20 years' experience within the camera industry. His vision was to launch the most innovative POV action camera to industry, globally. iON turned to BWP Group to define a fully-integrated marketing, digital and public relations strategy to launch the brand to the UK, Europe, ASIA, North America and Australasia. iON want to challenge the market dominance held by rival GoPro. iON required a fully-transactional web proposition and go-to-market strategy for each country. iON represents the most detailed fully-integrated campaign BWP Group have delivered to date. From designing the brand concepts, defining the look and feel of iON, managing product and location photo and video shoots and creating every aspect of consumer facing material (fully-transactional web offering, App and social engagement across four continents) and comprehensive broadcast and national media PR strategy; BWP Group were responsible from taking the iON brand from technology prototype, through to physical launch, globally. Intu

Intu operate 15 of the very best shopping centres in the strongest locations in the UK. Intu is a 364GBP million turnover business that attracts 320 million customers, annually. BWP was tasked by Intu to create and manage a programme of large-scale, creative retail events for 2012 that ran across the group portfolio of 11 national shopping centres including: Lakeside, Chapelfield, The Harlequin, Metrocentre, Victoria Centre, The Chimes, Eldon Square, Braehead, The Potteries, The Glades and Broadmarsh Centre. The BWP team set to work developing and delivering a series of creative campaigns to support the pod events which they aptly named Jean Genie, Celebrity Beauty Box and Perfect Party Dress. The fully integrated PR, marketing and digital campaign utilised the following tactics: - Lucrative sponsorship deal - Campaigns on a national level - Print and online editorial - Social media channels - Regional media coverage - In-centre communications - Event management The compelling and extensive results included footfall increased by 61% across ALL Intu centres during the campaigns, compared with same period in 2011. 72% of consumers rated the campaign 10/10, 48% of consumers said they visited the centres, purely for the events and 65% said their dwell time increased.

Carrefour

Carrefour is Europe's largest, and the world's second largest, retailer with a group turnover of EUR8.1billion (2011). Having worked together on a number of successful campaigns throughout Europe, Carrefour once again turned to BWP to oversee the launch and go-to-market strategy behind the opening of Carrefour's first outlet proposition in the brand's illustrious 54 years history. The brief issued was to define all aspects of the outlet proposition: - Define a potent go-to-market strategy including target audience, media planning and delivery strategy - Push footfall from Carrefour's established hypermarket offering - Acquire new Carrefour customers Utilising BWP Group's comprehensive pan-European retail and outlet experience, BWP consulted on all aspects of the outlet opening in Madrid, defining: - Look and feel of the Outlet proposition - POS content and positioning - All in-store communications - Regional radio advertising - Social strategy to engage Spanish consumers - Print media advertisement strategy - Discount strategy Carrefour is delighted with the first years' results and is looking to roll out the Outlet proposition throughout Europe.
