Scott is an experienced strategist whose 20-year career has spanned client side and agencies across a wide range of industry sectors. Starting out in management consultancy, he moved to agency life working on the international Canon account. This was followed by his first introduction to entertainment marketing, helping Walt Disney Studios deliver frame-breaking brand partnerships and promotions for their blockbuster cinema releases. At the age of 25 his entrepreneurial spirit led him to join the .com boom, co-founding Easybroker, the UK’s first online stock brokerage. Many business and life lessons were learned over the subsequent five years! Drawing on this combined experience, in 2004 he co-founded creative agency Brand Culture, which embraced a pioneering approach to passion point marketing and bringing the worlds of brands and entertainment together. A keen surfer and ex-rugby player, Scott’s inspired by the ever-changing worlds of film, music and sport and is a strong believer in the power of consumer passion points to touch, shape and influence diverse cultures, communities and brand sectors. Today, as well as being Brand Culture’s CEO, Scott’s strategic input is regularly called upon across a range of the agency’s clients including Coca-Cola, Energizer, Hilton, Adobe and Universal Pictures.
