Successful ISO 9001:2015 audit

Enterprise software development company Box UK has once again retained its ISO 9001:2015 accreditation, following a successful audit by leading certification company SGS.

The quality management standard, set by ISO (the International Organization for Standardization), is part of the ISO 9000 family of quality management standards, and specifies requirements for a Quality Management System (QMS) covering all aspects of process planning, application and monitoring.

Accreditation to ISO 9001:2015 is given to those organisations that demonstrate an ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, and aim to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system.

Delivering exceptional solutions for clients

Box UK has been ISO 9001-accredited since 2011, consistently reviewing and refining its Quality Management System to ensure it delivers the best possible results for its clients and their end-users. The company also holds ISO 27001:2013 accreditation, which confirms that its Information Security Management System (ISMS) meets the high standards demanded by the assessment body.

The company’s reputation for exceptional project delivery has seen it placed 14th in The Drum’s Top 50 Client Rated Digital Agencies list, following the most recent Drum Digital Agency Census. The list showcases those agencies most highly rated by their clients across a range of criteria, including overall satisfaction, whether they’d recommend their agency, value for money, teamwork and collaboration, quality of work, and quality of relationship management.

A fantastic achievement

Speaking in response to the ISO announcement, Box UK Managing Director Benno Wasserstein said: “We’re extremely pleased with our latest successful audit, which sees us retain accreditation against the internationally-recognised ISO 9001:2015 quality management standard. Our commitment to delivering the best possible service for our clients has seen us invest heavily in building robust frameworks, processes and capabilities to support this, and to see our efforts recognised by a body such as ISO as well as in the award-winning web and software solutions we deliver is a fantastic achievement.”
