Tim Cook is the Planning Director of Barrows Europe based in London. He has been with Barrows for over 12 years. He has an accredited design qualification specialising in graphics and communication.

Tim is member of Barrows Europe leadership team and the Strategic Services Director for our European business. Him and his team work closely with our clients and ensure that our creative solutions are targeted, on brief and effective along the consumer journey.
