We are Superdrug’s in-house integrated agency partner. Working in partnership to connect and communicate with Superdrug’s customers, We started working with Superdrug’s marketing and promotions team in 1991, the focus of this partnership is:
- improving speed to market and flexibility
- targeting their consumers more effectively – using the right channel at the right time
- enhancing consumers in-store and mobile shopping experience
During our relationship with Superdrug we have worked with them across every aspect of their business and the projects we have undertaken have been many and varied. All focused on driving sales and connecting with customers – here are a few of the highlights from our time working together:
- We created Superdrug’s comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure consistency
- We delivered award winning multichannel campaign concepts to drive footfall and shift volume products
- We provided engaging digital content, which is pushed to store screens via our content hub
- We created an agile, impactful ABTL campaign (including TV) to promote seasonal products and offers. Superdrug has had record sales recorded following the launch of the ABTL Campaign
- We launched their new concept Beauty Studio Store, repositioning their service proposition nationwide
- We fitted and launched their new concept wellbeing stores complete with an in store appointment booking service
- We launched and continue to develop a customer loyalty and reward scheme via the Superdrug APP
