Oh Polly

Time frame: Present

After selling for years through eBay, Oh Polly felt it was time to branch out and run their own store. With competitors like Boohoo, MissGuided and ASOS (All of which also use Magento) we had a tough brief but we've managed to capture their audience with a pastel website that encourages the visitor to pick the perfect look and buy online. We were tasked with creating an exciting new ecommerce site, showcasing the beautiful handcrafted leather goods, but more importantly increasing conversion rates across the site. We spent a day with the guys and girls from Oh Polly, finding out what designs make them tick, what websites they get inspired by, browsing their range of clothing and understand what their average customers were on eBay. This helped us build a strong picture of who they wanted to target and what style the site needed to be. For this project there was only Magento, it ticked every box! After we had designed the cool and slick new site we began moulding Magento, inserting out of stock notifications so customers could have a personal experience then bringing in the latest images from Instagram to show off their clothes. On top of this we integrated the site with Linnworks which is a CRM system that not only acts like a virtual warehouse but also gave Oh Polly a way to manage their stock across eBay, Amazon and their brand new Magento website. Within just 6 months Oh Polly has secured itself as one of the premier go to fashion websites for the 18 to 30 female market and boasts some amazing statistics!

They wanted a to craft the experience around the social activity that had built up with loyal customers and provide an online shopping journey that would compete with the larger outlets up and down the UK. The guys came to us with their site running really well. Their challenge to us was to make the site run faster, be easier to manage and make more money! We began by auditing the site, seeing what was working well and what needed tweaking. Then we collated reports to see how fast the site responded and also researched how long customer stayed on the site for before leaving. With all of the research in hand we broke the work down into smaller chunks and month by month we have worked alongside Peaceful to reduce their load times from 12 seconds to 3 seconds. We also increased the time visitors spend on the site and increase how many people buy from them all in just 3 months.

Instinct Wellness wanted a website that would attract visitors organically through Google and through the use of forms syncronise their data with InfusionSoft which is a powerful CRM System. They also needed the ability to create and manage landing pages for use with Facebook and Twitter campaigns. As with all of our clients we began by sitting down with Dan Jones, the founder of Instinct Wellness and found out as much as we could about what they do, what makes them different, how they work and why people should use them. We found out how they wanted the integration with InfusionSoft to work and finally what measures we could put into place so they knew the website was helping to grow the business. We began by designing a fresh new site, one that showed off their impressive studio and highlighted the personal and individual approach the company used. From there we crafted a site using WordPress as the content manage system and integrated all the forms with InfusionSoft so that each and every contact or request for information was logged in their CRM so they could see which forms were being used and finally used event tracking codes for Google analytics so we could track users throughout the site and measure it's ability to convert visitors to enquiries.
