Starting as an Account Executive in 2000, it wasn’t long before he took the opportunity, in 2002, to lead Accord’s Digital offering in the embryonic market post dot-com crash. Since then he has driven Digital to become 50% of the Agency’s business and is directly responsible for the strategic direction of our digital services whilst managing the day-to-day of our ‘engine room’ of over five teams and forty experts. Under Simon’s skilled management, the Accord Digital team has achieved over 250 global digital qualifications including Google Partner, DC Storm and Bing Accreditations.

Simon joined the Accord board as an Associate Director in April 2017 and was appointed Accord's Chief Operations Officer in 2019.
