Shelley collects UX. When she sees an example of a beautiful and simple user experience, she takes a screenshot. She's built up quite a gallery so far – to appreciate, learn from and build on.

And to share. Shelley likes to show that even if customers spend a few moments on a website they can be engaged and happy to come back for more. She's fascinated by how clever user experience gets people excited about the end product instead of distracted by how they got there.

There's no sitting back when working with Shelley. She makes sure everyone in the room gets paper to put their ideas down on, and that everyone speaks and everyone also listens.
