She's always pushing for new ways of looking at a product, the business behind it, and especially the people who will – and even those who won't – buy it or use it. Taking a different view of the client and their customers helps Jane find different solutions to their UX challenges.

Her approach is to emphasise the humans in the story, to figure out how they interact and communicate with the world. She tries to get on the same level as anyone she's speaking to, and make it personal. Getting people around her to feel comfortable lets them all find a fresh outlook.
