In practice this means I provide a framework through which our consultants have the time, tools and training to deliver amazing work to our clients. I'm passionate about driving quality and will do what I can to allow our teams to deliver engaging, innovative work that they can be proud of. 

For our clients, I work at a strategic level to understand requirements and ensure that anything that we deliver supports business goals on a long-term basis. We pride ourselves in being trusted partners to our clients, helping them to succeed & tranform in a digital world. We can only do this by really knowing you and what you're trying to achieve. 

With a strong agency background, I bring a mix of skills across the digital spectrum including digital and channel shift strategy, user centered design, client and people management and digital marketing. My experience and skills afford me a holistic and strategic approach to any project I undertake.
