Carole has worked in the communications industry for over 20 years, starting her career as a YT Placement in production and working her way up until she headed up her own department at a leading regional advertising agency. Carole founded osbornenash in 2011, securing the first national client within 6 weeks.  Carole is still very involved in overseeing every client relationship and project that comes through the agency, working with her team of 12 to ensure the best is delivered to clients
