Nick graduated from Liverpool John Moores University in 1998 with a degree in Product Design and Marketing. Two weeks later he founded Uniform with Pete and Nick.

As a founding partner and Managing Director, he has shaped the company from its beginnings as a three man multidisciplinary studio, to a leading creative agency working with a roster of global brand clients.

Nick leads the agency, defining its ambitious growth strategy and overseeing its day-to-day operations. As well as running the business Nick takes a role in the strategic development of key accounts, and has experience handling board level client relationships.

His background in product design gives him a breadth of knowledge to adapt and change the business, and manage the diverse challenges running an agency brings. Nick is involved in the wider design community as part of the DBA North West and D&AD North West committees, he sits on the advisory board for the LJMU Design Academy and is a founder of Designival, the North’s biggest festival of creativity.
