Olly is a Founder Director and the Creative Director at Torchbox. His job is to help our clients achieve fantastic things online.

Olly is ultimately responsible for the design, digital strategy, user experience, and information architecture work at Torchbox. Along with Tom, Olly also fulfils the role of MD at Torchbox.

Olly has led our teams creating award-winning sites and campaigns for a roll-call of the most exciting organisations in the development, health and education sectors. Olly tries to ensure that Torchbox doesn't just meet expectations in our projects, but exceeds them. And, after fifteen years, Olly is just as excited about the Internet's potential as a force for social good as he was in the first dot com days.

Olly leads on our user experience team and is hands on in several UX projects, running workshops, defining IAs, co-creating wireframes, overseeing test programmes, as well as running a programme of ongoing development to ensure that our UX practices are continually evolving.

Olly is a married dad of three. He enjoys sports (cycling, skiing, tennis, cricket, squash), and dabbles with am-dram! He is currently rehearsing for a much anticipated role as the Sheriff of Nottingham, in the Northmoor Village pantomime. To the shame of his son and father-in-law, Olly is only a half-hearted Manchester United supporter.

Olly is Non-Executive Director of the charity Valid Nutrition.
