Lea is Strategy Director at TH_NK. She oversees Strategy and Business Analysis.

Lea has over a decade of digital knowledge behind her. Over this time, Lea has worked with Cadbury's on their move to Fairtrade and developed innovation programmes for Nike. At TH_NK she supports her team in carving out bold opportunities and working with passion and ingenuity to achieve them. As a member of the board at TH_NK she is involved in the day-to-day running of the agency as well as working across its clients. Lea is also a regular pundit for leading industry press including Wired, The Guardian and Sky News.
