Nikki’s a born-and-bred Suffolk girl who came home to Spring a few years back, after launching her design career in London and Cornwall. An unusual mix of creative (her degree’s in Graphic Design) and utterly focused on administrative detail (her passion for spreadsheets won her the job), she’s a fabulously hands-on Ops Director who never, ever drops a ball. She loves the variety of projects at Spring, and the way we are constantly exploring new media and new ways of delivering campaigns. At the weekends she’s all about the green fingers.
