Erika founded communications design agency Spring in 2006 having forged her career firstly at Bell Pottinger consultancy AMD and then as client services director at global design consultancy Attik.She has shaped Spring to be an award-winning agency, the sixth most peer-respected in Britain, with an ambitious and talented team that Spring rewards through stakeholdings, cultural grants and fitness classes.Spring specialises in brand consultancy, destination marketing, community engagement and 3D communications programmes incorporating digital content and social media strategies, press and public relations, events and experiential marketing.Erika is also a board director of the Design Business Association, a trustee of the Norwich Theatre Royal and a British business ambassador for UKTI.
