Which marketing agencies get the best feedback from their customers?
That’s what the RAR Awards sets out to find each year.
There are over 11,000 ratings of agencies on the RAR database and each year in February we download them and find out which agencies are best-rated by their customers.
The book sets out the findings of the awards, identifying the top ten highest rated agencies in each of the categories, and divides the contenders into smaller agencies (up to 30 staff) and larger ones.
The tables in the book show you:
Top-rated agencies by marketing discipline p10-11
Top-rated agencies for service p13
The top ten agencies in the awards p15 & p17
Results by agency p18-23
Profiles of category winners p24 onwards
We’ve also included an article “How to have a long and happy relationship with your agency”, written by Richard Hayes, former marketing director of Warburton’s and our speaker at the awards presentation event.

This report, produced in conjunction with The Drum, is a snapshot of the best agency businesses in the UK outside London.
We're looking here at how profitable agencies are, how well they are growing and how efficient they are in terms of turnover per head of staff.
The Top 100 doesn't look at which are the most highly rated by clients (that will be done in the RAR Awards in the spring) but rather at which agencies are the strongest businesses, an important consideration for clients who are considering committing their budgets.
This 40 page report analyses the agencies that made the league and gives each of them a chance to say a bit about themselves.

[The Brand Manager's Book] was a really interesting read and gave practical, sound advice for working with agencies to get the most out of them, which we appreciated hearing/seeing come to life in the case studies.
I like receiving the RAR books since it's helpful to have recommendations from other clients. They are great for staying in tune with who's doing what on the agency scene and I always keep them as a reference guide.
