Chris started his first marketing business when he was only 20 years old and so marketing strategies are truly in his blood. This broad knowledge in the industry led to founding Rooster Marketing in 2010, which took everything that was great to create, develop and grow the powerful marketing agency that Rooster is today.

I’m so lucky, I just love what I do. So what does a CEO of an award-winning marketing agency with 4 offices across the UK do you might ask? I make decisions basically. One of my pet hates is procrastination and also criticism of those that sometimes fail from those that are not prepared to make decisions themselves. It’s easy to judge when things go wrong but it should also be easy to praise when things go well.

Marketing strategy is one of my loves and thankfully, in most cases, my strategy for Rooster and the partners we work with is based heavily on data. This is why I am comfortable challenging anything in a global head office boardroom or just in a one-to-one, face-to-face meeting as data will always be my wingman.

I am prepared to challenge every person and partner I work with if we can see improvements that can be made in the marketing arena. I will ask the questions you might not want to be asked about things that, deep down, you might know need to be raised and resolved. Give it a go, the results are amazing but it also helps you sleep at night.
