I joined RocketMill at the start of 2019 in the newly created role of Operations Director. My remit covers planning and organising the people, infrastructure, communication and material components of the business to drive operational excellence and enable the agency to continue to scale gracefully.

Prior to joining RocketMill, my previous roles were within data analytics at agencies of different sizes, structure and commercial trajectory so I look to use that experience to problem solve with the right blend of insight and intuition.

Since joining my mission has been to move purposefully and improve things  - given my background, this naturally started with numbers - making reliable, decision-making information more readily available to the business through fewer, better dashboards. These are now in use daily right across the agency. My focus in 2020 is on how and where we work, reviewing our standards and applications to ensure we are spending our time and energy in the right places to effectively deliver Total Performance for our clients.
