George Neill is RMA's VP of design. He joined the company from Microsoft, where he was Director of Experience Design, first within the company's Marketing Solutions team and latterly in TeamSIX, a global product innovation group. Prior to Microsoft, he was Principal Experience Architect and User Experience Practice Lead within Adobe's Professional Services organisation and TXI Solution Architecture teams. He has been responsible for delivering widely acclaimed large-scale enterprise solutions for clients including Morgan Stanley, NHS and NATO.
