As head of our Client Services department, Natalie plays a pivotal role in the strategic development of all our accounts – working closely with clients to help them identify and realise their goals.

Natalie has been part of RBH for over 10 years. Whilst working on a variety of accounts, including Touchwood, The Oracle, Highcross, Queensgate and Hammerson, she has gathered a considerable wealth of fashion and retail experience and insight.

Natalie has also successfully managed the Eveden lingerie account for more than six years, overseeing an expanding range of brands and collateral. Recently, Natalie has been instrumental in the growth of online boutique Young British Designers; whilst also helping the agency secure digital projects for Barbour.
