One of RBH’s founding partners, Debra set up the agency in 1995. She’s still hands-on today, with a desk at the centre of the account handling department and an eye on every client.

A highly experienced and creative planner, Debra headed up the RBH delivery teams on our award-winning Bullring and Highcross Leicester launch campaigns – being heavily involved in the creation of a compelling, unique creative proposition in each case.

Retail also happens to be one of Debra’s great passions. Alongside her commitment to RBH clients, she is also one of the founders of Young British Designers, an online fashion destination showcasing the very best new UK fashion talent.

What’s more, Debra is a Birmingham native, having studied at Moseley School of Art and Birmingham University. She also appeared as a guest speaker at the 2013 Birmingham Made Me expo.
