Pip (as she prefers to be called) joined us during 2013 fresh out of university. Working under the watchful eye of Julie we are seeing her develop into a competent, confident designer. Travelling 30 miles each way to work and back cant be easy, but Pip has never missed a day and with that level of committment, the future looks bright, she doesnt make a bad brew either :)
