In November this year some important changes will come into effect on recommendedagencies.com 

The objective of these changes is to improve the online experience for clients looking to find agencies or rate their existing agencies on recommendedagencies.com

Since April this year the RAR team have been busy working on UX-led data development process. The result will surface in the next couple of weeks and will mean some changes for regular site users on both client and agency sides.

RAR MD Steve Antoniewicz said “ Our aim when we began this development was to meet the changing expectations of the clients who use our site to search for agencies. This has grown to involve change to our ratings process, so the positive impact will be much broader than simply in our site search. We’re widening the categories of agencies that we’ll cover and allowing client search to become much more granular. Testing is underway at the moment and the changes will be live on recommendedagencies.com in November.”
