The UK's top retail destination, Bluewater, has appointed Pancentric as their new digital agency following a three way pitch.
Pancentric won the account through a selection process overseen by Recommended Agency Register.
The agency will now be responsible for digital strategy for both the main Bluewater site and the soon to open Bluewater Events Venue.
David Wilkinson, Head of Marketing for Bluewater said; "As the UK's premier retail destination it's important that we give our customers a consistent experience in every channel, including online. With the level of traffic to our site and the opening of the Events Venue at Bluewater we decided to redevelop our overall digital strategy.
