Victoria is Managing Director of the Consumer Practice Group at MSLGROUP in London. She is also EMEA director for the P&G account, working across multiple sectors and markets with brands including household, femcare, oral care, petcare, personal care and beauty, thus ensuring deep consumer insights into women and mothers as gatekeepers.

Victoria’s in-house experience includes three years at eBay as UK Communications Director where she led PR teams for eBay, PayPal and Gumtree, to drive corporate reputation, B2B and crisis management through to press office and strategic consumer brand campaigns. During her time at eBay, the brand’s UK media profile and the business grew exponentially, much of which was attributed to the word of mouth and editorial coverage generated by the PR function.
