Steve finally joined Mando in November 2014 after numerous breakfasts and lunches with Ian Finch (even though they'd known each other for years!) at The Quarter off Hope Street! Previously Steve was Digital Integration Director at McCann Manchester and had worked at numerous agencies in Manchester, Leeds and London.

Mando has always been a company Steve kept a close eye on over the years and when the opportunity came to be their Creative Director he knew it was the right time. Steve won numerous awards in the past at various agencies and now wants to put Mando firmly back on the creative radar and award-winning circuit. 

Liverpool has a real appetite for creativity and innovation, and Mando has the capability of being the lead agency for this in the North West.
