Dan originally trained as a software developer and spent 7 years at Marconi as an analyst / developer, specifying and implementing solutions to meet the needs of the manufacturing aspect of the business.

Following a move to Mando Group in 2003 he has fulfilled varied roles including business analyst, project manager, Head of Operations, Finance Director and more recently Commercial Director.

Dan's delivery experience and focus on quality have been key in enabling him to understand and fulfil the needs of Mando’s clients, from agreeing commercial contracts and building delivery teams through to providing overall governance and risk management. 

Dan gets things done, optimising and improving to make sure we're better than we were yesterday. Dan has also recently completed an MBA at Lancaster University, which included a dissertation focusing on routes for growth within the digital media sector.
