Jonathan has be been involved with award-winning web and media companies throughout more than 15 years in the digital sector, including running a business specialising in user experience design and prototyping innovative user interfaces for a range of digital solutions.

Jonathan's appointment to Head of Consultancy at Mando Group was the culmination of a year-long project to establish Mando Group’s consultancy practice, and since then he has been involved in growing the consultancy team's capability and experience across a range of key clients.

Now as Strategy Director Jonathan combines a passion to communicate the benefits of great user experience with a remit to shape and steer Mando's offering to key customers.

Jonathan's career has seen him work with a wealth of well-known brands such as the BBC, Cisco Systems, Time Warner, Toyota/Lexus, Saatchi & Saatchi, and Emirates. During his time at Mando Group he has helped shape the digital strategy for organisations such as United Utilities and Tarmac.

Jon takes an active role in developing, extending, and delivering on Mando's overall offering and as such you will benefit from his hands-on approach to creating compelling customer experiences.
