At Igloo, excellent creative design is at the heart of everything we do, but our mission is always brilliant results. Because what is amazing design without a purpose?

By asking questions, challenging objectives and pushing boundaries, we live and breathe our clients' business so much so, that sometimes we feel more 'them' than they do. And we like to think that ANYTHING is possible, even THE impossible, so we do whatever is necessary to partner with our clients to achieve the common goal of making their business the best that it can be.

And to achieve goals, you need expertise, so with a director heading up each client account, we pull together the very best talent to work on every single project.

It's these things - excellent creative design, investing in our clients' business, and expertise - combined with a totally transparent way of working, that makes our clients happy, and ensures that Igloo is a necessary part of their business.

We are flexible too. We don't just work with clients in the local Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire area.

Over half of our business comes from client referrals and recommendations, and we were ranked in the top six in both the DRUM Design Census and the Independent Agency Census for our category. Igloo was also shortlisted in three categories in the RAR Awards 2016.
