Lloyd  has worked in Development and Backend Systems for over 11 years and joined Forward3D in 2011 as a developer, before becoming Technical Lead and eventually moving into his current position as Head of Tech. 

He has been programming for over 10 years within industries varying from the fast paced start-up world to the deadline driven environment of PC gaming. Lloyd has worked for a number of digital agencies and clients including the BBC, AT&T Williams and a large portion of Forward3D’s client base, particularly Hilton Hotels. 

Since joining the agency, Lloyd has overseen the complete re-structuring and re-write of the agency’s systems to not only align with business needs, but to also keep up with and overcome the explosive growth that the company has experienced.

He is now responsible for all the technical execution and implementation for the agency, with Forward3D’s development team now processing, cleaning and loading nearly 10 times the amount of data compared to even 2 years ago. The team is now also doing it faster, more efficiently and more reliably than ever. This work allows Forward3D analysts across departments to quickly make the most informed decisions and choices for clients by accessing an ever-growing source of accurate data.

Notably, Lloyd has also developed tools and backend systems for large AAA gaming companies and sold his first tech business at age 23.
