Caroline has been an eCRM strategist for six years and is an expert in creating achievable, customer-centric communication goals, turning audience insight into CRM personas, 360 degree communication planning and testing and analysis.

In a previous role for Intel, Caroline helped design and implement the CRM strategy for the global ‘Intel Technology Provider’ membership and program comprising over 500,000 channel partners. The ambitious, holistic CRM plan encompassed demand generation, loyalty program and membership lifecycle communications for an incredibly complex audience.
