Adeline has been making waves since she became a designer in Singapore at the age of 20, leading award-winning design teams across Singapore and London over the past 9 years. 

She became an Art Director at 24 years old, and Head of Design & Partner at Impero, only three years later. She has been involved in growing the business from a team of just 3 to 36 and has very happily been running the design team whilst being closely involved in the development of the business and culture, as well as playing a big hand in bagging heaps of awards and winning new clients.

She specialises in brand worlds and campaigns across digital, branding and print and has been involved in everything from brand identities, to experience campaigns, big web builds, directing shoots and spearheading new business pitches.
