In 2012 Gary was promoted to the role of Head of Technology and manages a team of 20 in the Front End, Development (Back End), QA and IT Systems teams.

Gary is responsible to the processes, technologies and partnerships that allow us to effectively and flexible meet the needs of our clients.

Gary has over 15 years of experience in the industry working on a wide range of websites for companies such as BSM, Orange, Civil Service, Toshiba, Base London & Triumph.  Gary has experience of working at every stage of the development process from the technical scoping, prototyping and design of the project using his knowledge of UML, Data Management and architecture and design patterns and methodologies, onto the development phase leading a team of developers through to the deployment and testing and support phases.
